Why Leadership Is Similar To Pools

For some, leadership only involves teaching your subordinates about the basics or even the intermediates as you plan for everyone to be successful, especially like those big-time yet small entrepreneurs who you can just see from media companies – but yes, no matter what life itself throws at you.

For others, leadership just involves guiding your subordinates about the intermediates or especially the advances as you apply for everyone to be successful, even like those small-time yet big-time entrepreneurs who you can only hear from social companies – and yes, no matter what people themselves throw at you.

But then again, there’s more to leadership than what it seems to be.

The best part? It’s similar to one of our favorite kind of places to be: pools, especially those kinds of pools that come with a great inflatable jacuzzi.

You see, leadership is similar to pools because its capability to reach out to a person’s heart through physical relaxation under the warm sun in a beach-like ambience is like no other. In other words, leadership’s capability to reach out to a subordinate’s heart is like no other – not just motivating that kind of person to learn more on what is there to learn mindfully, but also to apply more on what is there to apply heartfully and make every task at work something he is truly passionate about despite all those things life itself keeps throwing at him.

And then again, there’s more to leadership than what it seems to be.

Another best part? It’s still similar to one of our favorite kind of places to be: pools, even those kinds of pools that come with a great inflatable jacuzzi.

You also see, leadership is similar to pools because its ability to reach out to a person’s mind through mental rejuvenation over the cool air in a mountain-like atmosphere is like never before. In other words, leadership’s ability to reach out to a subordinate’s mind is like never before – not just inspiring that kind of person to learn more on what is there to learn heartfully, but also to apply more on what is there to apply mindfully and make every task at work something he is truly compassionate about despite all those things people themselves keep throwing at him.

Indeed, there’s more to leadership than what it seems to be.

What about you?

What do you think about leadership? What do you think about pools? Or better yet, what do you think about leadership being similar to pools?
